Tender documents/paper may be obtained from the purchase section of (IIEE) at the above stated address on any working day from the date of publication of the notice. Tender fees/ payment, which are mentioned against each inquiry (non-refundable) up to 16-06-2011.

Tenders are to be submitted up to 27-06-2011 till 10:00 a.m along with earnest money equal to 02 % of tendered amount on a bank draft/call deposit of any schedule bank of Pakistan in favor of Principal, IIEE, Karachi, at the office of the Principal, IIEE, on the above address, tender opening time is mention against each inquiry.

Earnest money of un-successful tender will be refunded on disposal of tender. No tender which is conditional and submitted without earnest money or after the date and time fixed for receipt of tenders will be accepted.

The Principal/ H.O.D, IIEE reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason and also change the above said specification or quantity of any item.
