Overview
The B.E. Computer Systems Engineering (CSE) programme at IIEE is designed to prepare students with knowledge and practical skills in modern computing, intelligent systems, hardware and software integration, and emerging technologies.
The programme is for students who want to understand the whole system: the code, the hardware it runs on, the network it talks to and the problem it solves.
What you study
Computing foundations
Programming, data structures, algorithms, databases and operating systems.
Systems & hardware
Computer architecture, digital logic, embedded systems and interfacing.
Networks & security
Computer networks, communication, cloud and security fundamentals.
Intelligent systems
AI, machine learning, data-driven systems and emerging technologies.
How you learn
- Lectures build the concepts; laboratories make them concrete.
- Programming and hardware projects turn isolated topics into working systems.
- Group work develops communication and professional practice.
- The final-year project integrates software, hardware and system design.
- Presentations and reports prepare you to explain your work to non-specialists.
Where it can take you
Software engineering
Applications, platforms, backend systems and quality engineering.
Embedded & IoT
Devices, sensors, firmware and connected systems.
Networks & security
Infrastructure, cloud operations and security practice.
Data & intelligent systems
Data engineering, machine learning and applied AI.
Labs and facilities
CSE students use the institute’s computing and electronics laboratories, project spaces and digital library access. The laboratory page explains the facilities and how access is managed.
Admissions
CSE admissions are announced with the institute’s admission cycle. Read the official notice for eligibility, deadlines, documents and fee details before applying.
