Overview

IIEE collects structured feedback from alumni, employers and graduating students. The Quality Enhancement Cell uses it to test teaching effectiveness, curriculum relevance and graduate readiness — not to grade an individual.

The forms below are the published versions. If a form asks for information you cannot provide, say so rather than guessing; honest gaps are more useful than invented answers.

Choose your form

Alumni Feedback Form

For graduates reflecting on their IIEE preparation.

Employer Feedback Form

For employers assessing graduate competence and relevance.

Survey for the Graduating Class

For final-year students completing the programme.

Why feedback matters

How the QEC uses it

  1. Collect completed forms through the published channel.
  2. Summarise results by programme and cohort.
  3. Review themes with the QEC and academic departments.
  4. Agree action points and owners.
  5. Follow up in the next review cycle.

Before you submit

Answer from your own experience, not what you think the institute wants to hear. If a question does not apply, mark it clearly. Submit by the deadline announced by the QEC or your department.

Have a specific concern?

A survey is not the right channel for an urgent individual issue. Contact the Student Registry & Counselling Branch or the Academic Office directly.

Forms are updated periodically. If a link is out of date, ask the QEC office for the current version.
