Overview
Faculty development at IIEE is continuous, not a one-off workshop. Teachers attend training at NED University and other institutions, complete OBE and CPD programmes, and bring new practice back to the classroom.
The purpose is simple: keep teaching current, keep assessment honest and keep the programme improving.
How faculty develop
NED-UET training
Programmes delivered with the affiliating university.
OBE training
Outcome-based education, assessment and continuous improvement.
CPD
PEC-licensed professional courses and workshops.
Peer learning
Seminars, project supervision and shared practice.
Activity record

Why it matters
- Teaching methods improve when faculty see how other institutions teach.
- OBE training makes assessment more purposeful and consistent.
- CPD keeps technical knowledge current as tools and standards change.
- Shared training creates a common language across departments.
- A visible development record supports accreditation and quality review.
