How to read your result
- Open the notification for your semester and programme.
- Find your roll number and confirm your name.
- Check each course grade and any withheld or incomplete mark.
- Use the official credit hours from your course scheme if you calculate an unofficial GPA.
- Compare the final record with your transcript before relying on it.
If you think there is an error
- Note the course, grade and the reason you believe it is wrong.
- Contact the Examinations Office before the review deadline.
- Provide any evidence the office asks for.
- Keep a copy of your request and the acknowledgment.
- Do not wait for the next semester to raise it.

The Examinations Office issues transcripts and result corrections. Ask about the process and fee before you apply.
